Refund policy

We want you to love your Beautiful Soul jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at your store email with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you can choose between:

  • A full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–10 business days), or
  • Store credit for use on a future purchase

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
