Processing Time All Beautiful Soul jewelry is made to order with care, just for you. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Please note that total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages Beautiful Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact your local carrier or postal service to file a claim.
